Refund policy

Our refund policy allows customers to return items purchased from our online store within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team email address: chosenapparel2022@gmail.com to request a return authorization number. Once the return is approved, customers can send the items back to our designated return address.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned items. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Please note that we do not accept returns on items marked as final sale or on items that have been customized or altered in any way.
